The B&F Technik
Vertriebs GmbH company is active in the field of civil aviation. It concentrates on
the development, sale and maintenance of motor-driven lightweight aircraft. A B&F partner
company in Poland supplies the main frames of the aircraft, and final assembly and quality
assurance are carried out in the headquarters in Speyer. B&F planes
are 100% hand-made.
B&F was founded in 1990. At that time, headquarters were in Hofheim
/ Taunus. In 1995 the headquarters were moved to
Speyer, Germany. At first, the
FK 9 plane developed by Otto und Peter Funk was produced and sold. In the meantime,
this plane has become one of the most widely sold light aircraft in Germany and Europe.
Since 1997, another model, the FK 12, has been in serial production and in 1999, the
FK14 model was added.
